  • Yes. We have professionals who advise directly in Spanish, English, German and Dutch.

  • We regularly do. A cross-border query solved jointly is faster and more coherent.

  • With a power of attorney, yes. In many countries it can be signed before a local notary with an Apostille.

Real estate and succession

  • Due diligence, earnest-money contract, notary, registry, taxation and community setup. All coordinated, in your language.

  • It depends on your situation. Often one well-drafted will suffices. We analyse it in consultation.
